You had an amazing year! I wondered if you planned the 2019 miles exactly when I saw that on Strava - that is pretty insane you didn't but ended up with it exactly. I think you can break 19 in the 5K off of marathon training (I broke 18 off of it with no 5K focus, after thinking I could never do that even if I did focus on the 5K)! 2020 is going to be another great year for you, I know it!
ReplyDeleteWe'll see what happens this season. I'm interested to see what I'll be able to put together at the St. Patrick's Day 5k after already running sub-20 at the Race Into the New Year! I took over a minute off my time from the New Year's race to St. Patty's last year but I was recovering from a marathon going into the New Year's race last year where I was just recovering from a half this year. Fall 2018/Spring 2019 was huge for me with my 5k, 15k, half, and marathon PRs. I'm excited for this season for sure!
DeleteFun to look through.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy looking back each year! It is impressive to see all the races at once. Puts things in perspective for sure!
