Carter Is 3: What He Says

After asking Carter questions about me for Mother's Day and Ty for Father's Day, I knew I wanted to have Carter answer questions about himself for his birthday. It was amazing the difference in Carter's attention span and ability to give not only real answers, but answers in semi-complete sentences from June when he did Ty's to now when he did his. I know it will be so much fun to see how his answers change as he gets older. It will be fun to read back over years past as he ages. I'm sure as he gets older I'll go back and re-read all of his past answers and reminisce over the baby he once was. My sweet, little 3 year old! How I love him!!!!

What are your nicknames?
He wasn't sure about this one, but I call him Bo Barter a lot and Ty calls him Junior.

How old are you?
Three! (while holding up 2 fingers)

What is your favorite color?
It's lots of colors: brown, purple, orange, green, yellow, red.

What is your favorite animal?
Lions and tigers, giraffes and birds.

What is your favorite book?
Turtle books (He meant Franklin books)

What is your favorite TV show?
The monkey one, Curious George. (He's only seen the Halloween and Christmas holiday specials.)

What is your favorite movie?
Halloween and Christmas movies.

What is your favorite song?
Twinkle Twinkle Star and Happy Birthday

What is your favorite food?
Macaroni cheese, pasta, and grilled cheese.

What is your favorite drink?
It is Gatorade.

What is your favorite breakfast food?
It is eggs.

What is your favorite snack?
It is raisins.

What is your favorite game?
It is George. (He loves playing the Curious George games on pbskids.org)

What is your favorite thing to play?
I like play out in sand.

It is my pretend phone.

Walter, Hayden, and Brylee

Play outside, take Harper on walk.

Where do you want to go on vacation?
To Jingle Bell, to Santa, like in Polar Express.
