Wordless Wednesday

The kids wanted their pictures here at Talimena State Park.

Bringing the fire wood down to our campsite.
Checking out the creek by our campsite.

Enjoying the Talimena Scenic Drive.

Using their binoculars from Great Grandma and Grandpa Hurford.

Hiking down to Horse Thief Springs.

Checking out the Heavener Runestone.

Elise got tired of getting out at the vistas. She was so happy standing at the back window and waving at us.
Playing mini golf at Wister State Park.

Elise asked me to take a picture of her wearing her shark blanket.
Tes being super needy!

Carter was just doing some light reading at bedtime, the dictionary!

Visiting our neighbor, Carol, to hear about her husband on Veteran's Day.
Elise painting an ornament from Dollar Tree.

  1. What a great idea having Carol talk about her husband for Veteran's Day! A nice display, too. What was with Elise and squirrels? That is so funny. The camping area was beautiful!

    1. She sent me a picture of the display she set up for him otherwise I never would have thought of it! She told us stories about him in the marines that I had never heard so that was really cool!

We went bike riding with friends and when we were playing in their front yard they saw what they thought was blood on their pumpkins but the mom posted a picture of it on Facebook and her friends said it looked like squirrel urine. She was saying that at dinner that night so I think it had something to do with that.
