Wordless Wednesday

Carter was playing with the balloon, making static electricity and it got stuck to the ceiling.
Elise ready to go to class with the kindergarten and first graders I was volunteering with during the teacher walk out.
One of the sweet volunteers reading with Elise.
Making slime.
Elise lined up with some kids in the class.

Picture from Carter's teacher of doctor's day.

Carter chose to wrap the same arm he used to have a cast on.

With Amy, the author of Lost and Found Cat.

Making a kite on Kite Day at the Garden.
Carter wanted to make a kite for Elise because he already has one.
There were some really cool kites there!
Carter excited to fly his kite!

Elise came out of her room fully dressed in the morning and said, "Ta da!"
This day we volunteered with the older kids and Elise still just sat down and acted like part of the class.
Elise hanging out on the playground with one of the boys.
Computer lab time with the class.
Working on signs for our rally at the state capitol.

At the capitol, ready to walk for education.

Inside the Capitol. We had the chance to talk to our state senator and Carter told her, "My education is important."
