Elise's birthday is coming up on Wednesday so the birthday posts will begin! I'm starting with the interview I did with Carter about his sister. When Elise turned a year old I asked Carter some questions about her and have continued the tradition each year. It is so darn sweet to hear what he says about her and I love how well he knows his sister. He is the sweetest big brother and he loves her so much! I read back through his responses from her 1st and 2nd birthdays and seeing the pictures of her as a one year old, barely walking, made me tear up! It's hard to remember her being so little and she has grown up so fast! Now she's almost a preschooler, talks nonstop, and runs or gallops everywhere she goes! Sometimes I wish time would slow down but as she gets older, she just keeps getting more and more fun. I cracked up laughing over Carter saying her favorite thing to do outside, when she turned a year old, was bonk her head and it brought back the memories of her constantly having a bump on her forehead! It will be fun to ask Elise these same questions about herself and see how many questions Carter was right about, I'm guessing most of them!
