State Park Challenge

After visiting the state park closest to our house this summer I decided I'd like to venture out and explore more state parks. Our challenge is to see how many state parks we can visit over the next year. I'll check back in next summer. I think it would be neat to make it to all of the state parks at some point but there are so many, I'm not sure we'll be able to do it! Plus since we sit in the corner of the state we are closer to state parks in other states and I'd like to visit some of them as well. I have listed all the state parks I found within Oklahoma and will keep track when we visit more parks. Then next summer I will update with how many we have visited.

  1. Sounds like a good idea. Lifetime passes for seniors are going up, unfortunately, I'm not old enough to buy one yet. Mom and Dad had them, and they could get in free and then people with them would get a discount.

    1. That's amazing! The cheap movie theater we went to the other day does Senior Night on Mondays where 60+ get in for $1!
