Summer Bucket List

I've been seeing lots of summer bucket lists popping up on Facebook and blogs so I thought it would be fun to make a list of things I want to do this summer. Summer is such a fun time filled with so many awesome events! When I make a list I am more likely to make sure each thing happens. Some of these things we've already done but I'd like to do them again. I'm sure you can guess what's top on my list, completing the summer reading program!

Summer Bucket List:

• Complete the summer reading program.
• Visit the splash pad.
• Have a picnic.
• Get ice cream from the ice cream truck.
• Go for a hike.
• Take a bike ride.
• Go to a swimming pool.
• Set up the water slide in our backyard.
• Make s'mores over a campfire.
• Go fishing.
• Get sno cones.
• Go to a free evening concert. 
• Enjoy a free kids' summer movie at the movie theater. Trolls on June 6th
  
  
• Have a water balloon or water gun fight.
• Go on a day or weekend trip somewhere fun nearby.
• Camp out inside.
• Have a movie night complete with sleeping bags.
• Go out for ice cream.
• Pick blueberries. June 8th
  
  
• Visit a state park.
• Take the kids bowling.
• Draw with sidewalk chalk.
• Play with bubbles. 
• Catch (and release) lightning bugs.
• Visit the new Lost Kingdom exhibit at the zoo.
